Q. How much does pest control cost?
A. Depends upon the service you require treatment of some pests only require one visit for example wasps. Rodents can take 2-3 visits to clear. Prices are always confirmed before work starts.
Q. Do you provide free quotes?
A. yes pest control quotes are free.
Q. How long will i have to wait for a visit?
A. We can usually visit the same or next day.
Q. Are you discreet?
A. Yes we will be discreet with any pest control problems you have.
Q. Are Pesticides safe to use around children and pets?
A. Pesticides can be harmful if they are not used correctly. We will take every precaution to ensure your saftey. Risk assesments are carried out before a treatment takes place.
Q. Will you visit on evenings and weekends?
A. Yes we will come out on an evening and weekend and even a bank holiday with no extra charge.
Q. Could you leave me with extra Chemicals/Bait so i can use them in the future?
A. No, the chemicals we use are only supplied to trained pest control technicians and can not be supplied to the general public as they are dangerous to use without training.
Q. Would you be able to offer a contract service for businesses?
A. We can offer a contract with a variety of different options for visits. We will also build into the contract a call out agreement to deal with a specific problem.
Q.I have had treatmnebt by other pest controllers for a problem but none of the treatments have worked can you help?
A. We are constantly updating our training so there is a good chance that we will be able to help. The pest controller you have used previouisly may not have been aware of new treatments which are available. For treatments for fleas will always include an insect growth regulator. We always advise on the best way to make your property pest proofpest, as well as giving advice on the life cycle of the pest that you are having problems with and wil explain to you how long you can expect to wait for the treatment to work.
Q. What services do you offer and where are you based?
A. Our office is in North Leeds and we are idealy based to cover all of Leeds and have very quick access to most of North and West Yorkshire. The areas outside Leeds which we tend to visit mostly are Harrogate, Wetherby, York, Ilkley, Skipton, Boston spa, Tadcaster, Wakefield, Kirklees and Selby.
Q. What pests can you treat?
A. We can provide extremely effective treatment for a wide range of pests including Rats, Mice, Ants, Bedbugs, Flies, Wasps, Cockroaches in fact all crawling and flying Insects and Vermin. We will continue to visit at the agreed price until the problem has been eradicated.
